Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Agave Care, your sustainable agave company. We are committed to your satisfaction and to the planet. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to be as simple and sustainable as our products.

 

Time Frame for Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange.

 

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused. Additionally, the eco-friendly packaging must be returned unopened and undamaged.

 

Steps to Initiate a Return

Contact our Customer Service at support@agavecareshop.com to initiate the return process.
You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship your return.
Once we receive the item(s) and verify their condition, your refund or exchange will be processed.

 

Exclusions

Please note that clearance items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
